📌 Read This First: How to Report Bugs (Before You Post)

Dear Reign of Titans Players,

We want to help you as fast as possible. Before creating a new bug report, please go through the checklist below. Posts that follow this format are much easier for our team to investigate and resolve.

✅ Step 1: Check if it’s already reported

Before posting, please:

  • Search this Bug Reports section using a few keywords (feature name, error message, Titan name, game mode).
  • Check any Known Issues posts (if available).

If you find the same issue:

  • Add your details as a reply to the existing post (especially your device/browser/version and a screenshot/video).
    This helps us confirm how widespread it is.

âś… Step 2: Do a quick basic fix first (clearing cache)

Many common issues are caused by cached files or outdated data.

Please clear your browser cache (and hard refresh if possible), then try again.

If you’re not sure how:

  • Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
  • Also try a hard refresh:
    • Windows: Ctrl + F5
    • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

If the issue disappears after clearing cache, no report is needed—unless it keeps coming back.

âś… Step 3: Reproduce the issue (if you can)

Before posting, try to confirm:

  • Does it happen every time or only sometimes?
  • What exact action triggers it?
  • Does it happen in a different game mode, with a different Titan, or on a different browser/device?

Even 1–2 extra reproduction details can save a lot of back-and-forth.

âś… Step 4: Gather the required info (copy this into your post)

To assist you quickly and efficiently, please include the following information in your bug report:

Account & Timing

  • In-game Username:
    (This is often different from your Discord username, and we need it to locate your account.)
  • Date and Time of the Incident (include time zone!):
    (Helps us pinpoint when the issue occurred.)

What happened

  • Description of the Issue or Bug:
    (Provide as much detail as possible.)
  • Steps to Reproduce:
    1. …
    2. …
    3. …
  • Expected Result:
  • Actual Result:
  • Frequency:
    (Every time / Sometimes / Only once)

Gameplay details (if relevant)

  • Titan and Game Mode:
    • Titan name:
    • Titan ID:
    • Titan status: (owned / rented / Collectible / Non-NFT / etc.)
    • Game mode where it occurred:

Evidence

  • Screenshot or Video:
    (Attach a clear screenshot or video of the incident. Ensure the entire screen is visible.)

Technical details

  • Game Version:
    (Found at the bottom left of your screen while playing the game.)
  • Browser and Version:
    (Example: Chrome 120, Edge 119, Firefox 121)
  • Hardware Details:
    (PC/laptop/phone model, CPU/GPU if known, RAM, etc.)
  • Connection Location (region/country):
    (Some issues may be region-specific.)
  • Connection Type and Speed:
    (4G / WiFi / Ethernet + speed if possible)

âś… Step 5: Post your report (one issue per post)

Please keep it to one bug per post. If you have multiple unrelated issues, create separate posts so we can track them properly.
